Photog's Cancellation Policy For Photographers and Consumers


Here at Photog your bookings are important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a weeks’ notice up until 4 days of the scheduled shoot.


Consumer Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the shoot will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25 percent of the reserved service cost. The photographer will receive a portion of the cancellation fee for loss of time and wages.


• If you are more than 2 hours late for your shoot, the photographer may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. You will have to reach out to the photographer to reschedule your service to avoid cancellation fees.


• Photog will hold the payment until the job is either completed or canceled. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the reserved service cost and sent back to the card on file.


• In the event of a veritable extenuating or unavoidable circumstance, part or all of your payment may be applied to future services or refunded.


Consumer Short Notice Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot will have to be rescheduled by the photographer profile. Photog will not hold the funds past 24 hours of the scheduled shoot. Cancelled shoots will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50 percent of the reserved service cost. The photographer will receive a portion of the cancellation fee for loss of time and wages.


• In the event of a veritable extenuating or unavoidable emergency, part or all of your payment may be applied to future services or refunded.


Photographer Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the shoot will result in a full refund.


• If you are more than 2 hours late for your shoot, the consumer may cancel the shoot and receive a full refund. In this case, the photographer will receive 1 Zero Star review.


• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, part or all of your payment may be applied to future services or refunded.


Photographer Short Notice Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot will have to be rescheduled by the photographer profile. Photog will not hold the funds past 24 hours of the scheduled shoot. Cancelled shoots will result in the photographer receiving 2 Zero Star reviews. The total amount of the reserved service cost will be fully refunded.


• Three same-day canceled events will result in a suspension of the photographer’s account. The photographer’s account can be reinstated upon completed investigation by Photog deeming the cancellation a veritable extenuating or unavoidable circumstance.


Our cancellation policy is part of the terms and conditions of Photog.
