Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Access is personal and may not be transferred. Photog may suspend or revoke access for fraud, abuse, infringement, unsafe conduct, or violations of these terms.
Your profile and photography
You retain ownership of content you upload or import. You grant Photog permission to store, resize, scan, moderate, and display it as necessary to operate the service. Upload only work you created or are authorized to use, with required model, property, trademark, and client permissions.
Connected services
Connecting Instagram, Facebook, Stripe, Didit, or another provider authorizes Photog to use the limited information that provider makes available for the requested feature. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms. Photog does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.
Marketplace integrity
Public profile content may not include off-platform contact instructions, deceptive claims, stolen work, prohibited AI-generated work, or unauthorized branding. Reviews may come only from verified clients after eligible completed Photog bookings. Membership does not purchase organic search rank.
Beta limitations
Photog 100 features may change, reset, or be unavailable. Beta participation does not guarantee clients, bookings, ranking, revenue, future access, or publication. Test-mode payment interfaces do not move real money.
Termination and deletion
You may request account deletion. Photog may retain records necessary for security, fraud prevention, payments, disputes, and legal obligations. See the Data Deletion page for instructions.
